To maintain the suppleness and shine of your leather handbag, use a leather conditioner regularly. Apply a small amount of conditioner to a soft cloth and gently rub it into the leather. Wipe off any excess with a clean cloth.

Aleo Europe Refund and Return Policy

1. Returns

1.1 Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact. Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

1.2 Non-returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom-made or personalized items

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Gift cards

1.3 Return Process

1.4 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of shipment.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

2.2 Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error

3. Exchanges

3.1 Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same model, please contact us at info@enchantecommunication.com.

3.2 Exchange Process

Follow the same steps as the return process to initiate an exchange. Indicate that you would like an exchange and provide details about the defect or damage.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping charges.
