The saying that inspiration is everywhere is understood no better than by the designer and Founder of jewellery brand ALBF - Kate Morgan. Her creative flair manifested itself at a young age when she expanded the outfit selection of her dolls by designing and sewing them herself. Aged just 19 she broke into the fashion world when launching her swimwear label [insert name]. Anno 2022, a wedding and four children later, she debuted - in spectacular fashion - her jewellery line ALBF at NYFW. Focusing on hand-craftsmanship, individuality, fairness and authenticity, ALBF is a place where you come for one piece yet stay for life.

Kate sees the world as a gallery of creative inspiration, with any mundane ordinary aspect of her life having the possibility to be turned into an exquisite piece of art. ALBF prides itself on its authenticity; every item is handmade to the highest levels of quality in her California studio. Yet what really makes ALBF stand out is the attention to detail, and how it adds a layer of individuality to every piece. Between naps, school runs and a successful career in hairdressing, ALBF comes to life as a creative expression and better yet, one you can accessorise yourself with. “Truly anything can spark a design, I was watching a YouTube video about somebody who made a business from selling dog collars, and so my first chokers were born. My favourite part is designing, on these days my mind swells and it feels as if I’m floating on clouds and without fail inspiration will hit me. Ideas will start pouring out - albeit one better than the other - and just like with cross-pollination, one idea will lead to another and suddenly I have an entire series of art forms waiting to be put together into beautifully crafted pieces of jewellery. There is just such an abundance of things I want to create and want to share with the world," explains Kate. This saturation of creativity and inspiration allows ALBF to launch new designs every week, making sure there’s always something new to discover.
